​Massive congratulations to Ollie Gearing on his 5-year work anniversary with Next Phase Recruitment. Ollie is our specialist in AI/ML, Computational Sciences & Scientific Software and has vast experience placing candidates in highly technical roles.

Ollie joined us in 2020 and over that time has developed his technical knowledge and built an incredible network of highly specialised candidates and cutting edge clients across the globe 🌍

As well as being an true inspiration to us all, he is never too busy to make time for the team and is always on hand to help out a colleague. You can count on Ollie to bring laughter and fun to the team....and if there's anything sweet in the office he normally won't be too far away (sometimes he even gets caught with his hand in the cookie jar 😉

Congratulations Ollie, enjoy that dinner for 2 and we're hoping we can celebrate an even greater achievement in the next few months....no spoilers!!!
