​AI is part of recruitment and at Next Phase Recruitment we are embracing it...not to replace our consultants but to help them. Ask any recruitment consultant what part of the job they like least...and we bet they’ll say admin!

So we’re using AI to help reduce the time it takes for market research, sourcing, writing up CV’s and cover sheets, and helping to support consultants when they’re learning new areas.

What this means in reality is more time to focus on the part of recruitment AI will never replace - relationship building. The team are getting information faster, finding better candidates more quickly and ultimately making more placements.

For us it’s about working smarter and removing the pain points that take the fun out of the job.
