Claire joined Next Phase in 2017 in a part-time administration role and quickly worked her way up to Operations Manager, before her move into her current role as Finance Supervisor in 2022.
Claire has extensive organisational skills and keen attention to detail, all perfect for working in finance. She manages contractor invoicing and payments, staff payroll and forecasting whilst providing valuable support to the sales teams at Next Phase ensuring we as a business are fully compliant with IR35, AWR, GDPR & the conduct regulations. Claire also performs an annual audit of Next Phase's preferred supplier list (PSL) of umbrella companies, to ensure that we only suggest names of umbrellas who operate in full compliance of FCSA regulations and who are accredited members of FCSA or APSCo.
