Georgie Lamberth joined Next Phase in April 2023 as part of our recruitment training programme, building on the strong skills she learned from her experience in customer-facing environments. With experience of working in teams in busy sales environments, working with both businesses and members of the public, Georgie quickly progressed within the business and has recently been promoted to Recruitment Consultant.
