Georgie Lamberth

Georgie Lamberth joined Next Phase in April 2023, starting as a trainee Recruitment Consultant, and with the expert support of the team, and strong training plan, she successfully moved into a full Recruitment Consultant position. 

With a strong background working across the UK,  Europe, and the US, developing extensive expertise in both the  Scientific Development and Quality sectors, helping organisations identify and  secure the talent they need to drive research, innovation, and operational  excellence, Georgie has now moved into a Client Success Manager position. 

Georgie is now building her career by partnering with Biotech, Pharma, MedTech, and Advanced Therapy companies on a global scale, acting as a true partner providing people-first talent strategies that align closely with their goals, challenges, and long-term direction. By staying closely connected to the teams she supports, she ensures every solution is forward-thinking, collaborative, and genuinely valuable to the growth of each organisation.

Before moving into Client Success, Georgie built her career in fast-paced sales environments, where she learned the importance of strong relationships, trust, and purposeful communication. She now brings these strengths into the Life Sciences sector, developing meaningful partnerships with SMEs and growing businesses. Through open conversation, proactive planning, and tailored support, Georgie helps companies identify and secure the right talent in a way that is strategic, approachable, and aligned to their mission.
