Georgie is now building her career by partnering with Biotech, Pharma, MedTech, and Advanced Therapy companies on a global scale, acting as a true partner providing people-first talent strategies that align closely with their goals, challenges, and long-term direction. By staying closely connected to the teams she supports, she ensures every solution is forward-thinking, collaborative, and genuinely valuable to the growth of each organisation.
Before moving into Client Success, Georgie built her career in fast-paced sales environments, where she learned the importance of strong relationships, trust, and purposeful communication. She now brings these strengths into the Life Sciences sector, developing meaningful partnerships with SMEs and growing businesses.
