Sarah started with Next Phase in 2017 as our Finance Manager, with 27 years finance experience, before taking on the role of Operations Director in 2022. She now leads the Operations, Finance, Business Analysis, Marketing, HR, L&D and compliance functions, providing vital support throughout the business and looking for ways to contribute to the growth of the company.
Sarah has significant experience in finance and operations, payroll and HR, and provides valuable support to the sales teams at Next Phase to ensure that everything we do as a business is in full compliance to ever-changing legislation, including IR35, AWR, GDPR and the conduct regulations.
Sarah takes an active role in looking after our employee’s wellbeing and has been instrumental in introducing our benefits and employee friendly policies.
