Shane is an integral part of us providing these services and he uses a range of resources to obtain, interpret and provide information, whether directly to clients or via our consultants.
Shane joined Next Phase in 2016 as a recent graduate, initially focusing on the IT sector and the application and development of LIMS, ELN and other digital lab technology within pharmaceutical laboratories in the UK, Europe and USA. The expertise has broadened to include innovations in drug discovery, advanced therapy development and clinical trial supply sectors. We make a range of uses of Shane's research and it has formed the basis of our training of new staff, helping them to understand the ever-changing world of life sciences and where we can most add value as a staffing business.
