Are you anexperienced Quality Assurance Officer, with a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing? Are you familiar with TrackWise QMS?
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract for a QA Release Officer, with a leading Biopharmaceutical company based on the West Sussex coast. This role is paying a very competitive salary, bonus, and benefits. You will be based on site in Worthing, West Sussex, which houses state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities for the production of life-changing vaccines.
The Role
As a QA Release Officer your responsibilities will include:
To support compliance with all GMP/GDP and GCP regulations as instructed by management, the Quality department, or as per the current Orange Guide
To follow a code of conduct conducive to a professional environment
Ensure timely review of all bulk, finished product and specifics batch documentation for release.
Provide Quality guidance in support of site operations.
To carry out all duties whilst maintaining good Health & Safety practice with due care to yourself and others
To support the site in maintaining up to date training and training records.
Ensure the continued support of QA systems in terms of change control, non-conformances, customer complaints, and specifics batch release.
To undertake training in and work compliantly to all relevant SOP’s
To effectively manage the batch release process to ensure product is released in a timely manner
Experience
Experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing testing or Quality Assurance environment
Knowledge of basic statistical tools and methods
Excellent report writing skills
Familiarity with Trackwise is preferable
Relevant Science degree
