We are exclusively partnered with a growing organisation who's platform has been key to maximizing their customer's R&D efficiency through accelerating R&D, increasing ROI, and reducing time spent on data management as well as DoE. They are currently seeking to expand their US and EU Account Management team further due to a continuation in business growth.

You will be involved in the post-sales activities, ensuring expansions of current accounts within the life science industry. The right person needs to have experience in upsells, renewals, expansions, and increasing customer engagement of current accounts. You will work closely with the sales team to create bespoke plans for the clients as well as working with the product teams on the identification of improvements.


  • Software/Life Science Customer Success experience

  • Ability to travel 20-30% of the time

  • Implementation experience
