Gabby Boczon joined Next Phase in June 2021 as part of our recruitment training programme, and she is clearly a natural recruiter. Gabby successfully completed her training and was promoted to Delivery Consultant. In September 2022, Gabby was further promoted to Senior Delivery Consultant and specialises within the Digitalisation and Informatics sector.
Having graduated from the University of Sussex with a 2.1 degree in Psychology, and with some great experience in client-facing roles alongside her studies, Gabby learned the importance of time management, task prioritisation and excellent communication skills. As a Senior Delivery Consultant Gabby partners with platform providers, service providers and sponsors, introducing individuals at all levels on a permanent or contract basis.
