Gabby Boczon joined Next Phase in June 2021 as part of our recruitment training programme, and she is clearly a natural recruiter. Gabby successfully completed her training and was promoted to Delivery Consultant. In September 2022, Gabby was further promoted to Senior Talent Specialist, Principal Talent Specialist in September 2024 and most recently to Lead Consultant - Informatics in September 2025. Her specialism is within the Digitalisation and Informatics sector.
Having graduated from the University of Sussex with a 2.1 degree in Psychology, and with some great experience in client-facing roles alongside her studies, Gabby learned the importance of time management, task prioritisation and excellent communication skills. As a Lead Consultant Gabby partners with platform providers, service providers and sponsors, introducing individuals at all levels on a permanent or contract basis.
