I’m working for a Pharmaceutical CDMO who have recently won a business of the year award, they offer excellent growth opportunities, with further development and growth due to happen in Q3. They are currently growing analytical team and looking for an Analytical Team Leader in the raw materials team to support the volume of new client requests coming through.
This role will cover you providing technical leadership, management and coaching for operational analytical teams and enable the delivery of a high class raw materials testing service supporting complex pharmaceutical projects. As well as to manage the progress of Analytical work to cGMP requirements, ensure that project schedules are met and that the work is carried out efficiently and accurately, providing regular updates to their Head of Department.
Essential criteria;
Bachelors in chemistry or relevant life science related discipline
7+ years experience in analytical testing e.g HPLC, GC, UV-ViS, FTIR, KF
Experience in scheduling/planning workloads of a team
