Wanted! Seasoned Business Development Manager for leading medical education provider who have more than 20 years’ experience in the delivery of high-quality education programmes. Do you want to take your successful career to the next stage?
The group is comprised of three unique brands, across which they are able to provide broad sector exposure through multi-therapy, cross-platform medical education. With offices in London and Munich, they have established a reputation for high-quality, international medical education that meets the changing needs of the healthcare sector and assists in the latest CPD and re-validation requirements.
As Business Development Director you would work as a part of a multi - disciplinary team reporting directly to a board director. The role would be focused on two aspects of business development, firstly the generation of multi-channeled bespoke initiatives within clients from across both pharmaceutical and medical technology arenas; secondly using the strong existing events portfolio to provide platforms from which companies can base multi - channeled campaigns targeting both specialist and secondary care arenas.
You will be highly successful at developing relationships with new and existing clients/accounts with a view to agreeing sponsorships for the group activities. In particular the role requires the individual to be highly knowledgeable in the field of medical education and medical communication and be able to advise and create new ‘bespoke’ packages to existing clients.
You will have previous 3+ year’s business development experience working within the pharmaceutical /medical devices sector and/or the associated medical communications arena. The key is to be able to demonstrate the creative flair and desire to make the groups proposals stand out from the crowd.
