This is a pipeline CEO position to be considered for a brand new Rare Disease (Neuromuscular) start-up biotech. The company is currently operating in stealth mode on West Coast, USA in San Francisco Bay area. Backed by a cash rich, highly experienced rare disease focused VC outfit, the CEO will be responsible for a ground upward company build for the newly acquired asset. The person will have a relevant and proven track record in CEO or similar exec-level positions within the rare diseases space. Locations outside of San Francisco, particularly on West Coast, USA may also be considered.
