This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and Commercial Business Partner who is a qualified accountant to work with senior management to manage pricing, tracking and sales effectiveness for this Eye care company who are global leaders in this field.  They are well-established eye care organisation who have been at the forefront of visionary innovations since their conception.  They are looking for someone to join their commercial team to work with the Business Unit Head to ensure the effectiveness & profitability of this successful business and develop strategies going forward.

The Opportunity  
The role of Commercial Business Partner is key and influential within this company by taking on the responsibility for the sales tracking tools, pricing & profitability, product launch and sales effectiveness management.  This will cover the most profitable areas of their business and set the agenda of the Business Unit Head as they continue to not only maintain but grow their presence in the market.  A summary of the key responsibilities are:

Create and manage sales tracking tools, monitor customer & product pricing, margin and key account activity by territory, region and market.
Internal reporting of the analysis of market intelligence reports.
Management of the pricing and profitability of products
Manage sales effectiveness tools to monitor, assess and manage sales performance.
Product Launch

These are the main responsibilities for this role and the company are seeking someone to take control of these and make them their own and help drive the business forward.

Desirable Skills and Experience
You will need to be a qualified accountant and have demonstrable experience on working in similar role previously preferably within pharmaceutical or healthcare industries. You will need to have experience of financial analysis, sales effectives support (they use SFDC), a track record of business and customer analysis. Plus sales and / or marketing analysis within a commercial environment an advantage.
