Summary
Alex Dobson is recruiting for an exciting opportunity that is ideal someone who has 2 or more years experience working with a leading Expanded Access and Name Patient Programmes. For this opportunity you will be responsible for the overall management of the Quality Management System and ensuring the compliance of the company’s Wholesale Distribution Authorisation (along with the Responsible Person).

The Company
The company are a young, ambitious, small to medium sized pharmaceutical company based in West London. As an organization they focus on providing patients with untreated medical needs who have tried all the available treatment options. They offer EAP options that can help life-threatening illnesses that can allow them to go into new treatment options. In addition to this they offer the NPP programme which give access to unlicensed or unavailable medicines to patients around the world. They are looking to expand their middles management team and have a role for an exceptional candidate with a background  in Quality and coordinating with the Responsible Person.

The Role
If you have a good GDP background in a commercial organisation, a good working knowledge or interest in Quality Management Systems then this role may be of interest.

The job role main function is to be responsible (along with the existing RP) for the overall management of the Quality Management System and ensuring the compliance of the company Wholesale Distribution Authorisation.

Ensuring compliance with the requirements of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and all aspects of the quality system are implemented and maintained. In addition to this, you will work collaboratively with the existing team and training personnel on newly created quality processes when needed.

A good background within Quality Assurance, and a good working knowledge of Quality Management Systems is crucial to this role. A passion for Quality Systems and attention to detail is also a must.

Experience
Previous experience of being a named RP on an MHRA WDA(H) license is highly desirable. Qualification & Registration as a Pharmacist is also desirable. At least two years’ experience within the Quality Assurance sphere is a must.

Required license or certification:
  • RP certification by MHRA.
