About the role
To oversea QA operations and supporting systems are delivering to support on-going manufacturing., batch release and regulatory requirements. You will play a significant role in providing continuous improvement for the QA processes and standards.
Responsibilities
- Providing QA leadership for audit / regulatory inspections – leading, planning, hosting
- Lead, manage, recruit and develop the QA department staff and manage the organisational structures
- Oversee deviations, CAPAs and change related to materials, processes and procedures
- Collaborative role with other Senior QA management and further team
- Perform documentation reviews in accordance with relevant standard operating procedures
Experience
Degree level education
Previous experience working with biologics and sterile injectables preferred
Experience in EU / FDA / cGMP / GDP requirements
Proven experience working with operational excellence improvement tools
