HRIS SYSTEMS AND PAYROLL MANAGER – LONDON (CLOSE TO LONDON BRIDGE) - HIGHLY COMPETITIVE SALARY AND BENEFITS PACKAGE 
 
Due to expansion my client one of the UK’s most exciting Life Science businesses requires an experienced HRIS Systems and Payroll Manager to join their growing team based in London (close to London Bridge).  

The Role:
You will join an expanding HR team which is split between Stevenage, Braintree and Central London, your role will be based in Central London (close to London Bridge). This is a newly created role that would suit an experienced HRIS Systems and Payroll Manager. The purpose of this role is to take the lead on the implementation and optimization of the Company’s HR & Payroll systems and data, whilst ensuring continuous improvement of HR processes and information management. Your role will include managing a Payroll Administrator, as well as being the technical lead on all HR systems, coordinating resources in order to successfully develop MI reports.
 
Experience:  The successful candidate will be a versatile, hard-working, and diligent individual with strong people skills who has worked as a HR Systems or HR generalist with comprehensive systems experience who can support managers across a variety of departments at different levels in all aspects of HR information.  You will have proven experience of working with an e-HRMS and other HR related systems to include managing an integrated HR & Payroll system.  Experience of working with Cascade and Kallidus are preferred but not essential.  System procurement and implementation experience as well as advanced skills in data manipulation and interpretation are highly desirable as is e CIPD Level 7 certification.
