The Role
Working in a busy Production and Packaging environment, you will perform a range of routine duties based around the Inspection, Labelling and Packaging of liquid vaccines that have been put into pre-loaded syringes or vials. This requires the highest possible attention to detail because you will check for defects, discolouration and anything else that might require investigation. The role will be varied as you will manually process labels for individual orders, ensuring the correct labels are put on each pack, which requires lots of cross-checking of order numbers and batch codes. You will work in collaboration with others to ensure 100% correctness and maximising efficiency of the team.
The environment is controlled by strict GMP regulations, so you will have to wear overalls, hair net and shoe covers. Make-up, jewellery (including facial jewellery, tongue studs, ear piercings etc.) will not be permitted in the clean room, as is standard within any Pharmaceutical production or laboratory environment.
You will work in a friendly team in a pleasant, modern clean room. The company offers kitchen facilities and parking.

Experience
We are looking for a hard-working, committed individuals with strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a regulated environment (GMP or ISO, from the Pharmaceutical, Food or Medical Devices sectors) would be a strong advantage but is not essential. Above all else, we want someone who works hard at all times, who offers excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), good literacy and numeracy, patience, an honest and likeable manner and strong attention to detail.
