Lead Product Marketing Manager (Pharma SaaS) – Life Sciences SaaS
Location: Flexible across Europe/UK (near a major life-sciences hub preferred)
Travel: 30–50%, with peaks during conference seasons
Are you a seasoned B2B product marketer who thrives at the intersection of science, technology, and storytelling? Join a global leader in digital transformation for the life sciences industry - a company building the premier data platform that’s redefining how R&D organizations manage, integrate, and leverage their scientific data.
As Lead Product Marketing Manager (Pharma SaaS), you’ll take ownership of positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for a flagship product suite. You’ll shape how the brand shows up on the global stage - leading launches, speaking at major conferences, and driving measurable impact on pipeline and adoption.
What You’ll Do
  • Define positioning and messaging for scientific, regulatory, and IT/data audiences.
  • Lead product launches end-to-end with clear KPIs for adoption and revenue growth.
  • Represent the company publicly through keynotes, panels, webinars, and technical demos at major industry events like Bio-IT World and SLAS.
  • Own the event-to-revenue motion, building field programs that convert engagement into qualified opportunities.
  • Partner with sales and alliances, equipping teams with assets, playbooks, and enablement materials.
  • Drive thought leadership, working with analysts, media, and customers to tell compelling value stories.
  • Analyze markets and competition to inform go-to-market bets and optimize positioning.
What We’re Looking For
  • 7–10+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally in life sciences or informatics.
  • Proven success launching complex products and driving measurable pipeline.
  • Confident public speaker with experience leading panels, webinars, or keynotes.
  • Strong grasp of scientific workflows, data governance, and compliance (FAIR, ALCOA+, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with cross-functional leadership experience.
  • Comfortable with 30–50% travel for conferences and customer engagement.
  • Skilled with CRM/MAP and analytics tools (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, BI dashboards).
Preferred:
  • Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in a life science discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Background with ELN/LIMS/SDMS or lab data platforms.
  • Relationships with industry analysts or associations.
  • Experience running ABM or event-led pipeline programs.
Why You’ll Love This Role:
  • Become a visible industry voice at global scientific conferences.
  • Shape positioning, pricing, and launches that directly impact revenue and category growth.
  • Collaborate with world-class scientists, engineers, and partners across the US, Europe, and Asia.
  • Enjoy a competitive salary, benefits, and clear opportunities for professional growth.
If you’re ready to help shape the story and success of a category-defining life sciences platform, we’d love to hear from you.
