Aaron Stone is a highly skilled recruiter who joined Next Phase in January 2021 as a Principal Delivery Consultant and was successfully promoted to Delivery Team Leader after just 7 months. He now oversees the daily activities of the Delivery team, ensuring that we can fulfil our clients' requirements promptly and to the highest possible standards. With a recruitment background that includes servicing the life sciences, aerospace and energy sectors, Aaron brings significant expertise to boost the services we offer at Next Phase.

Aaron has a degree in Games Technology and is very technically-minded, helping him to fill very specialist roles across scientific, engineering, production, IT, quality and other functions that require people with specific skills, ambition and the right attitude. His background has given him an in-depth understanding of sourcing for various levels of roles, from manufacturing / assembly through to data scientists and up to CEO / director level.
