He was promoted to Head of Talent Team in January 2026. In this role, he manages all aspect of the Talent Team, ensuring client requirements are met efficiently and to the highest standard.

Holding a degree in Games Technology, Aaron is highly technical in his approach, enabling him to source talent for specialist roles across scientific, engineering, production, IT, and quality functions. His background gives him a deep understanding of the full recruitment spectrum — from manufacturing and assembly positions through to data scientists, computational engineers, directors, and CEOs.
