You will be working in partnership with the marketing team and Insight strategy and execution (IS&E) team this role will identify and prioritise key data and insight driven strategies along the customer journey to support growth. The Marketing Performance Manager, will be a key member of the commercial XFT team to ensure the delivery of high-quality strategic input to support decision making and align key stakeholders.

 Key Responsibilities : 

 - Collaborate with the marketing team to provide clear data-driven recommendations, insights, and analysis to support priority brand customer journeys and overall strategy.

- Partner with brand teams to identify and quantify clear patient funnels and customer segments, maximizing growth opportunities across the product portfolio.

- Work closely with the IS&E team to ensure that both qualitative and quantitative primary market research needs for priority brands in the UK are met, informing effective brand planning.

- Investigate key business questions and deliver comprehensive analytics and insights in collaboration with IS&E to adapt and refine brand strategies and tactics.

- Support capital allocation decisions and ROI assessments, optimizing the marketing and sales mix across the portfolio, and ensuring effective performance measurement and regular assessments of portfolio performance. Coordinate brand tracker requirements to reflect target audience needs accurately and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership and Brand Managers.

 What you need : 

 • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Understands quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Extensive experience in management of secondary data and familiarity with pharma applicable data is highly desired (ex. Midas).
• Proven ability to connect, integrate and synthesize analysis and data into a meaningful ‘so what’ to drive concrete strategic recommendations and enable commercial decision making. Capable of describing relevant caveats in data or in a model and how they relate to business question. Experience with data visualization solutions (ex. Tableau) and other advanced analytic/data science solutions (ex. DSS) will be a plus.
• Expertise in the field of customer/omni-channel analytics

This a 12 month contract, inside IR35, this role is hybrid.
