My client is looking for an Operational Lead within the manufacturing centre, to lead the GMP technical services team which is responsible for the operational process and activities across the GMP facility.
The key accountabilities of the role are:
GMP operations – manage and lead the GMP operations and scheduling team
Scheduling – develop robust systems and processes
Continuous improvement – work with partners to identify areas of improvements
The right candidate for this role will have the following profile:
Educated to BSc/MSc level in a relevant biological or commercial discipline
Proven experience within a pharmaceutical GMP environment
Proven experience within an operational role in a manufacturing environment
Experience of managing continuous change
Extensive line management experience
Be highly motivated, pragmatic and practical
