💰 $110,000–$130,000 base + 10–15% OTE bonus

What You’ll Do
Support and grow relationships with US-based strategic partners, including System Integrators, Global Consultancies, and Managed Service Providers.
Collaborate with the Partnerships Director to strengthen joint go-to-market initiatives and sales alignment.
Enable partners through onboarding, training, and shared best practices.
Work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to create impactful co-branded campaigns, events, and case studies.
Track partner performance, pipeline, and engagement to optimize success.
Travel up to 25% across the US for partner meetings and events.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in Partner Management, Channel Sales, Alliances, or Customer Success — ideally in enterprise SaaS or R&D technology.
Strong Lab Informatics knowledge and understanding of how technology supports modern R&D environments.
Proven commercial experience — comfortable engaging with enterprise partners and supporting sales opportunities.
Familiarity with Lab Informatics partners and ecosystems, such as Zifo, Astrix, Wega, and major global consultancies.
Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
