PharmaSuite Senior Consultant
A PharmaSuite Senior Consultant is required to join a rapidly growing, specialist consulting and systems-integration company that is at the forefront of manufacturing digitalization in the life sciences. With deep expertise in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems), and analytics, this company helps transform regulated manufacturing and laboratory operations for some of the world’s leading pharma, biotech, and medical devices organisations.
This is a chance to step into a senior, influential role where you won’t just “deliver” – you will shape strategy, guide clients, and drive real-world transformation in regulated manufacturing environments. This is a permanent full-time position which can be remotely based across EU / UK. Expected travel annually is between 20 – 30%.
As a PharmaSuite Senior Consultant, you will:
Lead client engagements focused on Rockwell PharmaSuite implementations
Analyse manufacturing processes and design smart, scalable IT strategies
Architect and integrate end-to-end MES and ERP solutions
Guide implementation, configuration, validation and optimisation efforts
Work in regulated environments (FDA, GxP, GAMP 5)
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices
Support proposal development and represent the business at industry events
The ideal background:
5–7+ years’ experience in MES or manufacturing IT consulting
Strong hands-on and architectural experience with Rockwell PharmaSuite
Solid understanding of manufacturing operations & regulatory frameworks
German language skills would be an advantage
Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
A consulting mindset: analytical, structured, client-focused
