Do you have a strong background in Change Management, relating to driving culture changes and a technological evolution of projects, preferably within a Pharmaceutical environment?
 
A brand-new position has been created with an internationally-recognised Big Pharma company, for a Process Change Management Lead. This role is offered on a 2-year contract basis initially, with possibility of extension beyond this. We are therefore looking for someone looking for a relatively long-term interim role, where you can make use of your extensive experience in the creation, through to implementation of communication and change plans, driven by a complex network of multiple sourcing and operating models.
 
You will ideally have a degree in a scientific, business, organisational effectivess or communications discipline, together with experience gained in a global business. Previous experience in Pharmaceutical product development and launch (including co-ordinating artwork and labelling, data governance and regulatory activities supporting new product launches) would be a strong advantage. You must be an excellent communicator, with the ability to present information and engage with people in a passionate, positive and clear way.
 
This is an inside-IR35 contract, with competitive pay rates to discuss on application. You will be based either in the head office near Redhill, Surrey, or at another site on the Kent coast. Some home-based working is also available.
 
Your role will include:
 
  • Acting as Process Change Agent for Data Governance, Artwork & Labeling Implementation, and New Product launch Readiness (DAWN) and other functional line stakeholders.
  • Using exposure to transformational and key project initiatives to recommend innovative or original proposals in organizational and process development strategies to senior leadership.
  • Anticipating opportunities and challenges based upon the program of transformational and change projects completed, in progress or scheduled.
  • Leveraging organisational knowledge to be able to create necessary links across multiple active and planned change initiatives in a bid to operate effectively across all levels in the support and implementation of organisational and process development strategies.
  • Expertly applying project and change management methodologies to transformational or project initiatives that span multiple divisions, lines, functions and geographies.
  • Developing innovative and original project and / or change management strategies based on the environment, type of change, groups affected by the change, resource availability, etc.
  • Developing detailed project, change management, communication, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Conducting change readiness assessments, evaluate results, present findings, and make recommendations.
  • Identifying and implement reinforcement strategies.
  • Ensuring the appropriate measurement systems to track adoption of the change are in place and delivered against.
  • Developing fit for purpose communication products including websites, slide decks, videos, plasma screen ads, emails, get-ready checklists, quick start guides, etc.
  • Working with business lines to deliver/schedule fit for purpose communications (e.g. awareness sessions, email cascades, deployment roadshows, training & development programs, etc.)
  • Working with business lines to schedule awareness sessions, demos, etc.
  • Identifying change champions, form change agent networks and create tools and guidance for their use in support of relevant projects.
  • Creating, maintaining and leveraging relationships across global functions to ensure successful partnership and adoption of change.
  • Coaching sponsors, global and local line managers, change champions, and change agents for effectiveness in their change-related roles.
