Are you happy to train and learn new skills? Do you have experience or are you interested in working for a pharmaceutical company? Do you have experience working in a process driven enviornment

If you answered yes, then I might have a great opportunity for you!

I am currently working with a pioneering UK-based Pharmaceutical company specialising in the development and production of injectable and oral dose vaccines and diagnostic kits for patients who suffer from allergies. There are over 300 employees in Worthing and the company has an excellent reputation for its fast-paced environment, pioneering science and ongoing development opportunities. The comapany is currently looking for multiple production technicians to join their manufacturing team.

This role would be based on their site in Worthing and the full time hours would be split between Monday/Friday (no shift work). This position deos include working in a GMP and clean room environments, however no previous experience is needed.

On offer, is a starting salary of £21,255

Some of the Production Technician responsibilities:
  • To manufacture all specific products types in Grace C cleanrooms
  • To deliver batches in line with daily production
  • To carry out production activities in a compliant manner following batch records and SOPs
  • To complete all necessary documentation to GMP standards: Batch records, log books

You do not necessarily need experience in a GMP-regulated Pharmaceutical company, but this would be a significant advantage. You will at least need to have worked somewhere that requires excellent attention to detail and precision. Candidates will be considered from industries such as Food, Medical Devices, Precision Engineering, Lab Testing (including microbiology testing), Diagnostics etc. If you have worked in a GMP clean room environment, or a sterile area, it would be a very strong advantage, but this is not essential. Above all else, we want someone with excellent communication skills, good numeracy skills, an honest and likeable manner, and the ability to work in a role that requires constant attention to detail. Science graduates with less experience will also be considered.

If you are interested in working for a pharmaceutical company who can provide training in Good Manufacturing Practice and cleanrooms then please apply so that we can discuss it in more detail!
