In addition to the day to day work you will work on special projects as another key focus of this role is looking forward to ensuring the centre reaches its full potential and impact on this fast developing sector.  By addressing areas where improvements are made, your own ideas, but also to keep pace with developments in the market and keep the company at forefront of research in the development of cell & gene therapies.
