I am currently working with a brilliant client who is a scientific informatic service provider, working with clients across the life science sector with a particular focus on bio pharmaceuticals. Since being established in 2008 they have now grown to over 1700 people and this number is constantly growing.
They are currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager who will be remotely based in Germany with case by case travel.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with company representatives and understanding their issues/challenges
- Performing project management activities such as planning, risk, resource and cost management
- Identification and development of new opportunities for existing and new customers in cooperation with account managers
