Happy 2026, now it's here it’s worth taking stock - properly.

Ask yourself:
• Am I being trusted?
• Am I supported?
• Is my effort reflected in my reward?
• Do I see a clear path ahead?

If the answers aren’t where you want them to be, that doesn’t mean you’ve failed - it means you’ve outgrown something.

The strongest recruiters regularly reassess their environment, not because things are broken, but because they want more - more impact, more ownership, more progression.

The start of the year shouldn't be about resolutions. It should be about awareness. And awareness is often the first step toward a better next chapter.
