What a supportive team actually feels like.

Support gets talked about a lot in recruitment, but the meaning varies wildly depending on where you work. For us, support isn’t about being watched or checked in on - it’s about making sure you have what you need to do your best work.

At Next Phase Recruitment it’s a warm desk with live roles, a Business Insights & Analytics Manager to help with sourcing or mapping a new area, a quick conversation to sense check a call or a client challenge and sometimes it’s just knowing the people around you want you to do well, not compete with you or block your success.

We all have days where the job feels tougher than usual. That’s when the team around you makes the biggest difference. And that’s the part I’m most proud of - our culture genuinely lives in the day to day, not just in a slide deck.
