I am headhunting for a fantastic client who are looking to advance the growth of the UK cell and gene therapy industry, by bridging the gap between scientific research and full-scale commercialisation. This company was established in 2012 and has since grown to over 300 people across 4 sites with further growth planned for next year.
They are currently looking for a Business Development Manager who will be selling manufacturing site services to clients within the cell and gene space.
This role can be based in Stevenage/ Braintree with flexibility in working from home.
Requirements for the role:
- 3+ years recent experience working commercially in life science/therapeutic organisations
- Recent experience within a life science/therapeutic organisation, preferably within a GMP manufacturing environment
- Demonstrable experience of creativity in establishing new strategies
- Demonstrable experience in contracting
- Wide UK network
- Strong technical awareness of the CGT applications
