A Project Manager is required to join one of the UK’s fastest growing Biotech companies, their goal is to make the UK the most compelling and logical choice for UK and international partners to commercialise these advanced therapies. You will be involved in managing the onboarding process for setting up new facilities in the manufacturing centre throughout until they leave.
The role is a permanent position with their office being based in Stevenage. For a highly experienced Project Manager who can fulfil all of the essential criteria, there is a competitive salary ranging between £50,000-£55,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will support the Buisness Development team by hosting visits, meetings and get involved in costings and writing contracts.
- You will be involved in the onboarding process for moving companies into the manufacturing centre ensuring expectations are achieved in terms of budget, quality and timelines.
- Once the companies are in the manufacturing centre you will act as first point of contact and report observations to the senior management teams.
- You will work with different departments such as Engineering, Warehouse, Technical Services, Quality Assurance and Quality Control to ensure efficient, effective and compliant of all activities.
- You will mange the exit process for when their contract ends.
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
- Experience of working within a GMP Cell and Gene Therapy environment
- Previous experience working with biologics CMO’s
- Able to travel to different locations when required
