A Data Governance Lead is required to join a brilliant client who has been at the forefront of providing process technology, analytical methodology and support for the development and manufacture of medicines at all phases of clinical development. Being one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world, my client is known for discovering and developing over 150 + medicines and they are currently working on 27 clinical trials across 71 UK sites.
This will be a 23 month long contract (Inside IR38) based in Walton Oaks or Sandwich (hybrid).
The main focus will be organisation, management, optimisation and coordination of Data Management and Data Governance (DOVE). The DOVE lead will enforce compliance with established data principles and quality requirements, as well as defining data standards and standards development policies and procedures.
Job responsibilities:
- Document and maintain a technical network map that articulates the interconnectivity of key data flows across systems and business processes
- Define Data Governance measures of success, measures of data maturity and monitor, track & report results
- Define and implement a Data Governance Framework for maintaining control of data within all respective data regulations
- Define and implement information standards to ensure integrity and stewardship across functions
