One of the fastest growing and recognizable Informatics Consultancy companies in the world is looking for a Informatics Consultant to join them in Germany, working onsite with their clients. An international company with offices worldwide, they have a reputation for being experts in their field regarding laboratory informatics systems and they are now looking for someone with deep support and informatics experience to join and support their clients needs in Germany.
Working predominantly with clients in Frankfurt, but also with customers in Munich, Cologne and Berlin, this is a remote / client based role with some occasional travel between clients. Working with one core client at a time, you will be responsible for ensuring that the customer gets the best from all of their software informatics systems, by configuring and supporting them with their platforms. The company is effectively providing a managed service to these clients and the core responsibility of the Informatics Consultant is to act as the subject matter expert onsite and provide technical support across their informatics platforms.
With a solid background with managed services and supporting customers, you will have experience with a variety of the following systems;
- LIMS (E.g. LabWare, Labvantage, Watson, StarLIMS, Exemplar LIMS, Dotmatics)
- ELN (E.g. IDBS EWB, Biovia)
- Research, Scientific and/or Clinical Data Management systems (E.g. NuGenesis)
- Data Integration and Visualisation (E.g. Pipeline Pilot, Knime, Spotfire, QlikView)
- Statistical Analysis (E.g. SAS, R, GraphPad Prism)
