Join a dynamic professional services team as a Master Data Specialist, where you'll play a critical role in configuring and delivering high-quality master data solutions for laboratory systems used across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and translate customer business processes and requirements into master data specifications for new LIMS implementations.

• Lead workshops with customer stakeholders to understand workflows, standard operating procedures, and system needs.

• Prepare master data mapping, naming conventions, and functional requirement specifications (FRS).

• Collaborate with developers, lead analysts, and project managers to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

• Support customers in creating and maintaining master data throughout the LIMS lifecycle.

• Participate in system testing, reviews, and change management processes.

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience working with customers in a consulting or professional services environment.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with LabVantage, specifically in master data creation and configuration.

• Strong background in business analysis and process documentation (1–2 years preferred).

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to facilitate workshops and work with teams across different time zones.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with geographically distributed teams.

• Familiarity with laboratory SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation.

Travel:

Up to 50% (domestic and/or international)
