They have delivered clinical candidates and backup compounds in multiple therapeutic areas.

The required skillset for the Medicinal Chemistry Senior Scientist:
- PhD or Graduate educated medicinal chemists with interest and experience of medicinal chemistry design principles combined with good synthetic chemistry skills are key requirements.
- A strong industrial background in Medicinal Chemistry would be advantageous.
- As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for designing and synthesising compounds with desirable biological activities in support of hit to lead and lead optimisation projects.
- You should also have good communication skills together with efficient scientific record-keeping practices.
