Are you an experienced Office Manager within a regulated industry (ideally ISO regulated) and experience with QMS systems? If so, this is a great opportunity to join an early – stage company as an Office Manager to be responsible for office management, HR, Procurement and Logistics. You are someone who enjoys a varied role, being part of a small team and able to work on their own initiative and has an interest in precision technology.

The company is at their early stage of developing high tech medical products for surgical procedures and has significant growth opportunity.

The Role
You will manage document storage and the office space, acting as a contact point with external IT supplier. You will be responsible for supplier qualification according to requirements of the QMS system, placing orders, and liaising with suppliers and invoice management. You will manage HR platform, various HR processes and events for the team. You will also be responsible for arranging logistics, facilitating incoming goods process and maintaining asset record. You will carry out weekly surveillance and reporting of relevant industry news. You also need to assist with setup an inventory management system and conduct daily management.

You ideally have experience in Procurement, HR and Admin responsibilities within a regulated industry (medical device, electronic device manufacturer) and worked with QMS systems as well as strong experience with MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and especially comfortable with Excel. You need to be able to create high standard and clear written presentations. You are someone who enjoys working in a varied role, has excellent communication skills and able to maintain high quality standards. If you have a degree in a technical field or project/supply chain management qualifications is advantageous as well as demonstrable knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485 or similar. Finance background would be desirable.
