Have you got a minimum of 2 years working in a Packing and Artwork role? And understand Labelling Regulations? Have you managed several product artwork changes at the same time? If so, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
 
 
A Regulatory Artwork Implementation Manager is required to join one of the UK’s top Pharmaceutical companies. You will be responsible for ensuring the design of the packing is in line with the EMA regulatory guidelines.
 
The role is initially a 12 month contract position, with a good chance of extension beyond this. For this role you will need to commute to Surrey or Sandwich, there will be times when you will be able to work from home and you will also need to be able to travel within the EU when requested. There is a competitive hourly rate ranging up to £32.97 per hour depending on experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Ensure key regulatory timelines for artwork implementation are met
  • Track the approval status of the packing artwork components within the EU region, there is a maximum of 28 country approvals.
  • Respond to document requests from product legal issues relating to labelling
  • Communicate with European teams and Regulatory new or update activity for packaging artwork labelling for client products.
  • Communicate/coordinate with stakeholders for documentation of labelling artwork timelines.
  • Raise and coordinate packing artwork change controls in the artwork system
  • Use Pharmaceutical packaging and artwork knowledge to work with Manufacturing Artwork Centre to assist with artwork change control instructions
  • Interact and follow up with Market Approvers and redirect any Regulatory queries
 
 
 
 
 
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
 
  • 2-4 years of Artwork packaging and labelling work experience
  • Understand labelling regulations and controls
  • Must be able to interact Globally
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and requirements
  • Experience with using electronic Artwork Labelling Management systems
  • Project Management experience
