A well-established, growing online business with a commitment to investing in Social Media, currently have an exciting opportunity for a Community Manager to join their burgeoning team in London.

Working within a growing and collaborative team of digital marketers and supported by a good level of resources, the Community Manager will play an important role in creating an industry leading social media brand. The Community Manager will be lead on taking a positive approach to reputation management and building relationships with customers across social media channels.

A creative specialist in social media engagement, the Community Manager will have exceptional writing ability, with experience of producing engaging content, written with style and in the appropriate tone for your target audience.

Managing your online community, you will respond to comments and customer service queries across Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms, always being mindful of how you can create content that resonates with customers and drives engagement.

A strong social media professional, you will be highly proficient at the following;

-          Social Media and customer interaction
-          Crisis management
-          Copywriting and creating written content
-          Strong communicator, confident liaising with internal teams and external customers
-          Analysis and reporting insights from the social media accounts
