We are looking to recruit some further trainees to join our busy, growing team, as we continue to expand our business across the UK, US and Europe.

A career in recruitment is fascinating, varied and extremely rewarding!

We have hired 5 bright, ambitious people into our recruitment training programme at Next Phase in 2021 so far. Each person has been immersed in all aspects of life science recruitment, learning a range of skills including sales, client management, candidate sourcing, data analysis and the use of a full range of technology including video interviewing, personality assessments and personal branding.
