Data Test Engineer - Brighton

A fast paced, progressive and forward-thinking environment, they are now looking for a highly talented Data Test Engineer to join their ambitious team.

With a strong background in testing, you will be responsible for testing heavy data processes and structures, approaching complex data problems and reducing them into manageable components for investigation. With experience in both manual and automated testing processes you will be working closely with the Testing Team Lead. With a good familiarity of testing practices such as BDD and TDD, you will have good experience with relational databases and be confident and knowledgeable regarding scripting languages such as Python and Perl.

With strong all round technical skills across multiple proficiencies, you will have good experience of the following;

- Testing automation tools experience such as: Junit, TestNG, Watir, Appium, JMeter, SoapUI and Selenium
- Use of tools such as Cucumber and Behave
- SQL and database expertise
- Experience of supporting web based applications in a Saas environment
- Knowledge of Docker and Docker Swarm is desirable
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration, Jenkins, Buildkite and TeamCity is also an advantage
